16.2 Messages and Corrective Actions
Error Messages
Messages may appear on the screen while you are using the AQ1300 or AQ1301. This section
explains the meanings of the error messages and how to respond to them. You can display the error
messages in English or Japanese (see section 14.1). If servicing is necessary to solve the problem
indicated by a message, contact your nearest YOKOGAWA dealer.
Other error messages related to the setup software may also appear. These messages are described
in the
Setup Software User’s Manual

Make sure that the directory or file that you are trying to access exists. Or,
in the System screen, initialize the settings to their factory default values.

Failed to access to the file.

The file/folder doesn’t exist.

The file already exists.

Failed to open the file.

Insufficient disk space.
Delete unnecessary files and directories.

The file/folder doesn’t exist.
Make sure that the directory or file that you are trying to access exists. Or,
in the System screen, initialize the settings to their factory default values.

Failed to access to the file.

The file/folder doesn’t exist.
1015
It cannot be copied or deleted due to the
nested structure.
Change the directory structure so that all path names are shorter than
200 characters.

The file is in use.
Wait a moment, and then try again.

No USB memory.
Make sure that a USB memory device is connected.

Formatting failed.
After restarting the AQ1300 or AQ1301, in system settings, initialize it.

Invalid file name.
Check the file name.

Too long path name.

Unreadable file.
Check that the file you tried to load is the correct file.

Update the firmware.

The file may be corrupt.
