User-Defined Computation
In user-defined computation, the GS610 parses a text file created on a PC or a similar
device is stored in the MATH directory on the internal non-volatile disk (GS610ROM) as
a definition file and performs computation.
The five built-in computations (dB.txt, Percent.txt, Scaling.txt, Power.txt, and
Sinusoid.txt) that are stored in the MATH directory when the GS610 is shipped from the
factory or when the disk is formatted are also a type of user-defined computation. User-
defined computation can be performed by creating files in the same format.
