How to upgrade firmware?

To upgrade firmware via the web user interface:

1.

Click on Setting->Upgrade.

2.

Click Browse to locate the firmware from your local endpoint.

3.

Click Upgrade to upgrade the firmware.

The browser pops up the dialog box “Firmware of the video conference endpoint
will be updated. It will take 5 minutes to complete. Please don't power off!”.

4.

Click Confirm to confirm upgrading.

The web user interface is shown as below:

How to reset the endpoint?

Reset the endpoint to factory configurations after you have tried all appropriate
troubleshooting suggestions but have still not solved the problem. You need to note that
all customized settings will be overwritten after reset. You can reset the endpoint via the
remote control or web user interface.

To reset the endpoint via the remote control:

1.

Press (Menu soft key) to enter main menu.
