Viewing the Delegates
Once a boss is assigned delegates on the Skype for Business client, a
Delegates
group will
appear on the boss’s phone automatically.
To view your delegates:
1.
Tap .
2.
Tap
the
Delegates
group.
Your delegate(s) will be displayed.
Using the Boss-Admin Feature
Answering Incoming Calls
When a user calls the boss, both boss’s and delegate’s phones will ring simultaneously.
To answer an incoming call on a boss’s phone:
