3)  Rotate the lower handle lock knob into the aligned holes to lock the lower handle on the 

deck. (See Fig. A3, A4)

2. ASSEMBLING THE UPPER HANDLE 

1)  Attach the upper handle onto the outside of the lower handle. Be sure to carefully align 

the holes found on the lower handle and the upper handle. (See Fig. B1)

2)  Insert the bolt (a) through aligned holes from the inner side of the lower handle. Then 

insert the upper handle lock knob into the end of the bolt from the outside of the upper 

handle. (See Fig. B2) 

3)  Tighten the upper handle lock knob by turning it clockwise to lock the handles. (See Fig. 

B2)

4)  Repeat step 1 through 3 to the other side of the handle. Check to ensure the handles are 

FULLY secured.
