5. Turbidity Measurements

The turbidity of the solution is measured as the O.D. (Optical Density) of the R sensor.

The procedure is as follows:

Example of E.coli culture)

1. Run calibration;
2. Set the blank solution (Culture solution without E.coli), run blank measurement;
3. Set the cultured E.coli and measure.
