Q1 An indicator is off or flashing
Symptom Cause Action
The prod u ct looks
t u rned off.
The USB ca b le is disconnected (if all
the indicators are off).
Make s u re that yo u sec u rely
connect the USB ca b le to the
PC or Mac.
