Do not place the instrument/stand on an un-
stable surface such as a slope or uneven
floor.

Handlin g
Do not lean or climb on the stand.
The instr u ment/stand may fall ca u sing serio u s
inj u ry.
Be sure to make stand hei g ht adjustments
with the instrument removed from the
stand.
Changing the height with the instr u ment on the
stand might res u lt in the instr u ment/stand fall-
ing off or o v ert u rning, possi b ly ca u sing inj u ry.
Do not play around the instrument/stand.
Doing so may ca u se yo u to bu mp into the in-
str u ment, possi b ly res u lting in inj u ry. It also
may ca u se the instr u ment to o v ert u rn. Do not
allow children to play aro u nd the instr u ment/
stand.
Never stand close to the stand durin g earth-
quakes.
Strong tremors can ca u se the stand to fall o v er

Be careful not to injure yourself on the inner
and end surfaces of the pipe.

Transportin g
When mo v ing the stand on its casters, take care to follow
the preca u tions b elow.
Move the stand on its casters only alon g
smooth, flat surfaces.

Hold the stand by its
frame end and push
forward slowly.
