INSTALLING THE CARBURETOR

1. Install:

needle set

2. Install:

joint

intake manifold

3. Connect:

fuel hose

carburetor overflow hose

vacuum sensing hose

air vent hose

vacuum sensing hose

4. Install:

carburetor assembly

intake manifold bolts

clamp screw

5. Install:

throttle valve assembly

NOTE:

Align the slit

of the throttle valve with the

tab

of the carburetor body.

Be careful to fall off the O-ring on the carbure-
tor top cover when installing the throttle valve
assembly.

6. Install:

accelerator pump cable

choke cable

o-ring

carburetor top cover

10 Nm (1.0 m·kg, 7.2 ft·lb)
