5.Starting circuit cut-off relay (relay assembly)

6.Main switch
7.Engine stop switch
8.Neutral switch
9.Clutch switch
10.Start switch
11.Wiring connection (electric starting system)

NOTE:

●

Remove the following parts before troubleshooting.
1)Side cover (right)
2)Headlight unit
3)Seat
4)Fuel tank

●

Use the following special tool in this troubleshooting.

STARTER MOTOR DOES NOT OPERATE.

Pocket tester:

CONTINUITY

1.Fuse

●

Connect the pocket tester “

fuse.

●

Check the fuse for continuity.

INCORRECT

Replace fuse.

CORRECT

2.Battery

●

Check the battery condition.

●

Check the battery fluid level, battery termi-
nals and specific gravity.
