Remote Control
Problem
The remote control does not
work.
The remote control does not
function properly.
The remote control does not
“learn” new functions. (The
TRANSMIT
indicator does not
light up or flash.)
Continuous functions such as
volume are learned, but operate
only for a moment before
stopping.
Possible Cause
The batteries are dead.
The internal microcomputer has “frozen”.
Wrong distance or angle.
Direct sunlight or lighting (such as an inverter
type of fluorescent lamp) is striking the remote
control sensor of this unit.
The internal microcomputer has “frozen”.
The batteries of this remote control and/or the
other remote control are too weak.
The distance between the two remote controls is
too far or near.
The signal coding or modulation of the other
remote control is not compatible with this
remote control.
Memory capacity is full.
The internal microcomputer has “frozen”.
The learning process is incomplete.
What to Do
Replace the batteries with new ones and press
RESET
inside the battery compartment.

range of 6 m (20 feet), no more than 30 degrees off-
