ENGINE ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

1. Remove:

• Rear engine mounting nut
• Front engine mounting nuts
• Washers

NOTE:

Do not remove the engine mounting bolts.

2. Remove:

• Engine assembly

Removal steps:

• Screw in the engine mounting bolt spacers

(front and rear) using the engine mount spacer
wrench

so that there is a gap between each

engine mounting bolt spacer

and engine

damper

• Remove the engine mounting bolts and engine

mounting bracket.

• Remove the rear engine mounting bolt spacer,

and then remove the engine assembly.

Engine mount spacer wrench:

90890-01516, YS-01516

INSTALLATION

NOTE:

After installing all parts, refer to “CABLE ROUT-
ING” in CHAPTER 9, to check the cable, lead and
hose routing.

1. Install:

• Engine assembly

NOTE:

Use the pivot shaft wrench to tighten the engine
mounting bolt spacers.
