Periodic maintenance

To install the right side cover
Place the right side cover in the original posi-
tion, and then tighten the quick fastener
screws.

Top cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT /
PZ50MT)

To remove the top cover
Pull up on the rear of the top cover.

To install the top cover
Insert the projections on the front of the top
cover into the slots in the left and right upper
covers, and then fit the projections on the rear
of the top cover into the grommets.

Right upper cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT /
PZ50MT)

To remove the right upper cover
1.

Remove the top cover. (See the above
procedure.)

Remove the right upper cover by remov-
ing the bolts.

To install the right upper cover
1.

Place the right upper cover in the original
position, and then install and tighten the
bolts to the specified torque.

Install the top cover.

Left and right upper covers (PZ50VT)

To remove an upper cover
1.

Open the shroud. (See the above proce-
dure.)

Loosen the fasteners, and then remove
the upper cover.
