This Limited Warranty applies to N.P.S. Company, LLC (Hereinafter "Warrantor") branded RV

generat

sets. All applicable products and accessories will be referred to herein as the “Product”. This

Limited Warranty applies to failure of the Product under normal use and service and resulting from a

defect in factory assembly or materials. The Product will be repaired or replaced under this Limited

Warranty provided the Product was installed, operated, and maintained according to the “Owner and

Operations Manual” for use in recreational vehicles.

This is a product warranty and not an insurance policy or service contract. It is not subject to

state insurance laws but it is subject to state law concerning warranties. This Limited Warranty gives the

holder specific legal rights but the holder may have other rights depending upon the state in which the

Product was purchased. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein. The

Warrantor is not liable or responsible for any incidental, consequential, commercial, or exemplary losses

or damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or

consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to the holder.

The Limited Warranty holder should read the Limited Warranty carefully. It contains all of the

information regarding coverage under this Limited Warranty. There is no other agreement between the

holder and the Warrantor regarding warranty coverage.
