2. Keyboard Measurement for PRO models
In addition to general DKV keyboard measurements, PRO models also require various types of calibration.
These calibrations are necessary to support the PRO line’s high-performance recording and playback capa-
bilities.
When you select Maintenance mode item 06 (“All key measure complete”), the program automatically car-
ries out each of the calibrations listed below.

08 KEY POSITION AUTO SET
09 KEY ATTACK MEASURE
10 KEY RELEASE MEASURE
11 KEY ACC. ATACK MES.
Operation
Enter maintenance mode: Hold down [ ] and [ ] and switch on the power.
Press [+/YES] once.
Press [ ] five times.
For ALL KEY MEASURE: Press [PLAY] to start measurement
(Measurement execution takes about 15 minutes.)
For ONE KEY MEASURE: Use the dial or the [+/YES] or [–/NO] button to select the key number, and
then press
[+/YES]
to start measurement.
* Maintenance mode item 05 (“All key measure minimum”) is an abbreviated version of item 06 (“All key
measure complete”). It executes in approximately 9 minutes and generates less sound volume during
measurement. This choice may be more appropriate under certain working environments.
* Models prior to KMC V1.04 use a different Maintenance mode program. For these machines, select 12
(“All key data measure”).
