1. Install:

water pump seal

NOTE:

Install the water pump seal with the special
tools.

Push down.

2. Lubricate:

water pump seal

Mechanical seal installer

Recommended lubricant

Lithium soap base grease

3. Install:

impeller

plate

NOTE:

Align the slit in the impeller shaft with the slot
of the plate.

After installation, check that the impeller shaft
rotates smoothly.
