*1: EQ Check (EQ Low, EQ Mid, EQ High) Lch/Rch
If necessary, execute these tests.
Terminal to be measured : EQ CN2 (Pin No.1: Lch, Pin No.3: Rch, Pin No.2,4,6 or 7: GND)
Confirm that the output level at each terminal is as follows.
EQ Low : -13.5dBu (Lch/Rch)
EQ Mid : -12.5dBu (Lch/Rch)
EQ High : -12.0dBu (Lch/Rch)
*2: Make Position Check
If necessary (for example, when replacing a white/black key with new one), execute this test.
Ececute the test and press each white/black key slowly.
When a white/black key is pressed slowly, confirm that the tone interval changes at the three stages, and the 7 segment LED display
changes from '36' to 'PAS'.
*3: 2-3 Make Check
If necessary (for example, when replacing a white/black key with new one), execute this test.
Ececute the test and press each white/black key.
Confirm that the sound is output by the volume according to the pressed strength and the 7segment LED indicates the value of
velocity (1-127). Also, confirm that the 7 segment LED display changes from '38' to 'PAS'.
4. OTHERS
AUX IN Check
1. Input a sine wave (1kHz, 0 dBu) into the AUX IN L/L+R terminal .
Do not input any signal into the AUX OUT R terminal.
Confirm that the output level at each terminal is as follows.
PHONES/L : +0.0dBu
PHONES/R : -40.0dBu
2. Also, confirm that the output level at each terminal is reversed when L and Rch are reversed-inputted.
NOISE Check
PHONES L,R : less than -90dB
5. A setup of language
Turn on the power with a specific key pressed and held to set it up.
