FUEL LINE INSPECTION
1. Remove:

Side cowling

Seat

Side cover

Fuel tank
Refer to “COWLINGS, SEAT, TAIL COVER
AND FUEL TANK”.

2. Inspect:

Vacuum hoses 1

Fuel hoses 2
Cracks / Damage

Replace.

Loose connection

Connect properly.

Drain and flush the fuel tank if abrasive damage to
any components is evident.

3. Install:

All removed parts

Install all removed parts in reversed order of their
removal.

BREATHER HOSE INSPECTION
1. Remove:

Side cowling

Seat

Side cover

Fuel tank
Refer to “COWLINGS, SEAT, TAIL COVER
AND FUEL TANK”.

Air filter case
Refer to “AIR FILTER CASE”.

2. Inspect:

Breather hose 1
Cracks / Damage

Replace.

Loosen connection

Connect properly.

3. Install:

All removed parts

Install all removed parts in reversed order of their
removal.
