ball joint.

NOTE:

• Remover washer

must be aligned with the

projection on the head of the ball joint.

• Surface

of the remover spacer

must be

aligned with the surface

of the steering

knuckle.

e. Hold the body

in place while turning in

the short bolt

to remove the ball joint

from the steering knuckle.

f. Remove the ball joint remover/installer.
