Remove the air from the tire. Remove the valve core to

make sure that all of the air is out of the inner tube. Push a
wire through the valve stem to make sure that the valve stem
does not have a restriction.

3. 

Remove the wheel nuts and remove the wheel and tire

from the lift truck. Lift truck tires and wheels are heavy.
