All memories can store an independent transmit frequncy, for operation on repeaters with
non-standard shift.
Before beginning this procedures, store the receive frequency using the method already
described on the previous page.

Tune the desired transmit frequncy on the “Main” band, then press and hold in the
[
V/M
] key for two seconds.

Rotate the
left side
[
DIAL
] knob to select the same memory channel number as used in
step 1 above.
3
Press the [
TXIN
] key to store the independent transmit frequncy into memory.
