Check:

the system configuration

the position and integrity of the check valve or
the flap valve
E04 Rotor blocked

Motor stall

Loss of rotor synchronism or
rotor blocked by external
materials

Check that there are no foreign bodies
preventing the pump from turning

Stop the pump for 5 minutes and then start it
again
If the problem continues, contact Xylem or the
Authorised Distributor
E05 EEPROM Data
memory error EEPROM Data memory
corrupted Stop the pump for 5 minutes and then restart it
