Pump manual

The safety information in the Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual for the pump must be followed at

all times.

Ground continuity verification

A ground (earth) continuity test must always be performed after service.

6.1.1 Inspect the work area before permit-required hot work

WARNING: Explosion/Fire Hazard

Before starting any permit-required hot work such as welding, gas cutting,

grinding, or using electrical handtools, do the following: 1. Check the explo-

sion risk. 2. Provide sufficient ventilation.

6.2 Maintenance guidelines

• A yearly inspection and cleaning of level regulators is recommended.

• Make sure that the inside of the tank, valves, and pipes are kept as clean as possible.

• Always close and lock the access cover before leaving the unit.

6.3 Replace the check valve

If the check valve must be replaced, then contact an authorized service representative.
