The BIB5000 is only to be used with the power supply adapter
provided, and must be supplied at SELV.

INSTALLATION
Installation procedure:
– See Figure 1

Connect Vacuum switch to inlet port as shown. Be sure clip lock
switch in place.
2.
Plug barrel connector into receptacle marked “Switch” on the
main pump unit
3.
Connect suction hose to 3/8” barb on switch (secure with
clamp) and to BIB.
4.
Pump is 12VDC. The power adapter furnished with the unit
is to be plugged into the AC Voltage specified on the power
adapter.
5.
Activate the unit by turning the power switch on the control
box to the “ON” position.
6.
Regular cleaning and sanitizing of the Flojet pump is required.
Refer to Flojet document #81000457 for instructions on
cleaning and sanitizing the Flojet pump.

Do not place BIB5000 into a dishwasher as it will cause electrical failure of pump and controls.

The BIB5000 must be installed in an enclosure and/or protected from any splash or spillage.

Not intended for outdoor use.
