Disconnect the bulb connectors (the pink and white wires).

Leaving the flat panel display connected to the unit by the cable assemblies, lift up
the right side until it is resting on its left edge.

Remove the two bulb assembly screws that fasten the backlights to the display (refer
to Figure D-2).

While holding the flat panel display up, lift the flange of the bulb assembly over the
locking tab (refer to Figure D-2) as you slide the assembly out. The bulbs are at-
tached to the assembly.
