Installing the Touchscreen Driver
1. Insert the Xycom Automation CD in the CD-ROM.
2. Navigate to the
UTP_touch_panel_Driver
folder.
3. Run setup.exe*
4. When you get to the Select Controller window during the installation process, select
the Gunze AHL Serial driver.
5. After driver installation is complete, the computer must be restarted. After restart, the
4-point calibration will automatically run.
*It is recommended that you keep all default settings when installing the driver.
Calibrating the Touchscreen
If you need to recalibrate the touchscreen, run the Pointer Device Properties applet.
Select Help for details about calibrating. For best results, use the 25-point calibration
setting with Start In At set to 0, under the Calibration tab.
You need to calibrate the touchscreen if:
The cursor does not follow the movement of your finger or pen.
You adjust the size of the video image or change the video mode.
