DISC OPERATIONS
Zooming in
This option allows you to enlarge the picture on the TV screen and to pan through the enlarged picture.
A During playback, press
ZOOM
on the remote control repeatedly to select a different zoom factor. Use
keys to move through the zoomed image. Playback will continue.
B Press
ZOOM
repeatedly to return to the original size.
Changing subtitle language (DVD only)
This operation works only on DVDs with multiple subtitle languages. You can change the language you want
while playing a DVD. Press
SUBTITLE
repeatedly to select different subtitle languages.
Changing sound track language
This operation works only on DVDs with multiple soundtrack languages, you can change the language you want
while playing a DVD. press
AUDIO
repeatedly to select the available audio languages.
While playing a VCD, press
AUDIO
repeatedly to select the available audio channels provided by the disc
(STEREO, MONO LEFT, MONO RIGHT or MIX MONO).
Switching camera angles
This option is only available with DVDs that contain sequences recorded from different camera angles. This
allows you to view the picture from different angles. Press
ANGLE
repeatedly to select the available camera
angles.
Playback Control (VCD only)
Playback Control (PBC) playback allows you to play VCDs interactively, following the menu on the display.
When playback is stopped, press
RETURN/TITLE
to turn on or off the PBC mode. During playback, press
RETURN/TITLE
to return to the disc title menu or main menu.
Play a MPEG-4 (DiVX / XViD) Disc
This unit reads following formats: MPEG-4 (DiVX / XViD).
A lot of MPEG4 format movie downloaded from internet, including QPEL, can be burned in a CD or DVD-R/RW,
and play in this player. If you need subtitle to be with the MPEG4 movie, you can burn the subtitle file, including
format as TXT (MicroDVD, TM Player, MPL2), SUB, SRT.SMI etc. Make sure the movie file and subtitle file are
named in the same. This unit is one of the most universal one in the market, for supporting mpeg4 movie format
and subtitle file formats.
