
Spray Gun Safety Warnings
•
Do not use spray guns to spray flammable
liquids.
•
Spray materials emerge from nozzle tips under
high pressure. In the event of injury to the skin
by paint or solvents, quick expert treatment by a
physician is essential. The physician should be
informed of the type of paint or solvent involved.
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Young children should be supervised
to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Recommendations for the use of a
residual current device
with a rated residual
current of 30mA or less.
Never point the spray stream towards
human beings or animals.

In the event of an injury occurring, seek medical
advice immediately.
•
Always ensure there is adequate ventilation
when spraying.
•
The use of ear protection is recommended.
•
Eye protection is recommended to keep
hazardous vapours and liquids out of eyes.
•
Always wear a face mask when spraying.
•
Always read the paint manufacturers thinning
instructions before using.
•
Always keep the spray basket nozzle in place
during use. Never allow the spray to come in
direct contact with the skin.
Never use the spray gun outside when it
is raining.
Materials to be used:
1. Paints and varnishes containing solvents, acrylic
enamel paints, water-soluble varnishes, glazes,
polishes, wood preservatives, disinfectants, plant
protectives, saturants, as well as oils and other watery
liquids.
The following spray substances are not
suitable for use:
Dispersion and latex paints, materials containing
strong abrasives, glazes with coarse particles,
strippers and caustic solutions, silicate paints.
Use of these spray materials can lead to increased
wear or corrosion damage in the pump area.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting
edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories
and tool bits etc. in accordance with
these instructions and in the manner
intended for the particular type of power
tool, taking into account the working
conditions and the work to be performed.
Use of the power tool for operations different from
those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by
a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts.
This will ensure
that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

to be used only for paints and
solvents with a 21

C flashpoint
or higher.
DANDER! Never immerse the
spray gun in liquid. This could
lead to electric shock, personal
injury and material damage.
