Limitations of Warranty
• Lifetime Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood,
earthquake, lightning, war, terrorist attacks, vandalism, theft, normal-use
wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, non-authorized
program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
• Lifetime Warranty is explicitly limited to a maximum of 2 product
exchanges for the period of 12 months following the date of purchase,
and after 1 year of purchase, to one exchange per year. Unused or
unclaimed possibilities of exchange during a given year are lost and
cannot be claimed during the following year(s). While such replacement
under Lifetime Warranty is free, user will be charged $4.95 for handling
and shipping fees for delivery in the USA except Hawaii and Alaska
($9.99). Claims to obtain a replacement unit, under lifetime warranty for
a defective or shattered tempered glass, must be completed on X.O.’s
website www.x-o.live. Please note that replacement units, while identical
to the original purchased products, may be shipped with a different
packaging (service packaging) than the original one. Provided no other
mentioned limitation apply, the replacement unit continues to be covered
with the same serial number as the original purchased tempered glass.
• “Lifetime” in “Lifetime Warranty” refers to the lifetime of the related
smartphone. In the event the smartphone related to the purchased
tempered glass under Lifetime Warranty ceases to be manufactured, the
Lifetime Warranty will automatically be transformed into a 5-year warranty
from the date of discontinuation of the device by its manufacturer, with the
other identical warranty limitations as previously mentioned.
• Lifetime Warranty explicitly requires the customer to properly complete
its warranty registration on X.O.’s website www.x-o.live. It is explicitly not
transferable to another person.
• How state law relates to the warranty.
• THIS WARRANTY CONTAINS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF X.O.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR, EXCEPT AS
REQUIRED BY LAW, IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY
OR CONDITION OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IF
ANY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY.
• Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL X.O. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES
SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO A DEVICE COVERED
BY THE TEMPERED GLASS, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING
