Warranty Information
This warranty is solely for the original consumer purchaser. This device was built to exacting standards
and carefully inspected prior to shipment, The product carries a 15 day limited warranty on all components
including, but not limited to, rubber accessories, wheels, grips, brake cable and knee pads. All of which are
subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement. If, within said warranty period, the product proves
defective, the product will be repaired or replaced at the option of the manufacturer. This warranty does
not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence or normal wear and tear. This warranty shall
not apply to serial numbered products, of the serial number has been removed or defaced, to defects or
damages caused by unauthorized parts, attachments or repairs, negligence, accident or any circumstance
beyond the supplier’s control, such as improper operation maintenance or storage.
THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR DISTRIBUTOR HAS PROVIDED THE PARTS LIST AND ASSEMBLY
DIAGRAM IN THIS MANUAL AS A REFERENCE TOOL ONLY. NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER OR
DISTRIBUTOR MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND TO THE BUYER THAT
HE OR SHE IS QUALIFIED TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS TO THE PRODUCT, OR THAT HE OR SHE IS
QUALIFIED TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OF THE PRODUCT. IN FACT, THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR
DISTRIBUTOR EXPRESSLY STATES THAT ALL REPAIRS AND PARTS REPLACEMENTS SHOULD BE
UNDERTAKEN BY CERTIFIED AND LICENSED TECHNICIANS, AND NOT BY THE BUYER. THE BUYER
ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF HIS OR HER REPAIRS TO THE ORIGINAL
PRODUCT OR REPLACEMENT PARTS THERETO, OR ARISING OUT OF HIS OR HER INSTALLATION
OF REPLACEMENT PARTS THERETO.
