Warranty Information

Subject  to  the  conditions  and  expectations  stated  in  this  warranty,  we  warrant  our  products  to  be  free  from  defects  in  material  and 
workmanship, under normal use and service, for the periods listed, warranted to the original purchaser.

At any time within the periods listed, the company will furnish STONEKOR product replacement parts.  Such replacement parts will be furnished

ONLY when the original part is returned within 30 days and is found to be defective, the owner will be credited for the cost of the 
replacement part, labor (as 

specified

 in the Warranty Flat Rate Schedule) and normal transportation charges.  Parts replaced or repaired 

under the warranty are fully guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period.  Any implied warranty granted under State 
Law, including warranties or merchantability or 

fitness

 for a particular purpose are limited to duration to the express warranty granted 

hereunder.  The manufacturer or manufacturer’s authorized representative in no event shall be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or 
consequential damage.  Abuse and failure to properly maintain engine is subject to void warranty.  Proper engine maintenance includes 

filter

 and oil changes as described in the engine manufacturer’s operator manual.  See information on the Preventative Maintenance Kit 

at the end of the manual.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion 
or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.  “THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF 
ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE SELLER BE LIABLE 
FOR  ANY  LOSS,  DAMAGE,  EXPENSE,  OR  CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGE  ARISING  IN  CONNECTION  WITH  USE,  OR 
INABILITY TO USE, SELLER’S PRODUCTS.”
