your 1/6 Gas-Powered 2WD Buggy. Most problems encountered can be solved by carefully following the problem-cause-solution

ENGINE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

A) Remove spark plug and dry electrode

D) Reset gap to 0.7mm - 0.8mm

A) Purge excess fuel from crankcase

ENGINE RUNS POORLY AND/OR HAS LACK OF POWER

A) Carburetor adjustments too lean

B) Mix fuel and oil at a ratio of 32:1

D) Clean debris from between cooling fins
E) Inadequate airflow over engine
E) Increase airflow over engine
2) Engine has lack of power
A) Air leak in engine and/or fuel system
A) Tighten all engine bolts and fuel system joints
B) Old and/or contaminated fuel
B) Use new fresh fuel
C) Piston begins to seize
C) Replace piston, cylinder and ring
D) Muffler has accumulated carbon deposits
D) Clean muffler
E) Carburetor settings out of adjustment
