USING
Operation
Before first use
Unpack the jig saw and check the unit for any damage in
transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store it aut of reach
of children. There is risk of suffocation!
lnserting a Saw Blade
Before undertaking any work on the machine, disconnect it from power
mains.
1. To insert the saw blade turn the saw
blade holder (11) counter clockwise and
keep the holder in that open position.
2. lnsert the saw blade up to the end into
the saw blade holder and release the saw
blade hold-er. Make sure the saw blade is
touching the guide roller (8).
3. Slightly pull the saw blade to ensure
firm fit.
Attention: The saw blade will become very hot during cutting due to friction.
Pay attention for that when removing the saw blade. Protect yourself with
protective gloves if necessary.
St ar t -U p
Please note the power supply voltage. Make sure that the voltage on the name
plate of the power supply complies with the power supply voltage of your
power source.
ON/OFF Switch
1. Push the ON/OFF switch (2) forwards to turn on the machine. Now the
switch is locked in this position for continuous opera-tion.
2. Press the ON/OFF switch at the outer end to release the locking and to turn
off the machine.
