WORK MODE ADJUSTMENT
To set the selected operating mode correctly, turn the ring (1) so that the corresponding
pictogram corresponding to the given mode aligns with the embossed arrow on the top of the
drill.

TIP!
• Set the "
Hammer drilling
" mode if you are going to drill in hard materials such as
concrete, stone, masonry and other building materials. The hammer facilitates and
speeds up the drilling of the hole.
•
Set the " Screwing " mode when you are going to loosen or tighten screws or bolts. Be
sure to select the appropriate torque setting on the torque selector ( 3 ); (see section
"Torque adjustment").
• Set the "
Drilling
" mode in case you want to drill a hole in other materials that do not
require hammer drilling, or if you want to achieve a smoother finish of the drilled hole.
Suitable for wood, metal, plastic and other softer materials.
CAUTION!
• Adjust the action mode only when the device is at rest. Do not turn the selector ring until
the drill chuck has come to a complete stop. The internal components of the drill may
get damaged.
TOOL INSERT / REMOVAL
The chuck (1) is used for clamping various work tools. The advantage of the keyless chuck that
this drill offers, is the ability to clamp tools without using special keys or other tools.
•
Turn the chuck to the right (counterclockwise), which will expand the jaws of the chuck.
Continue turning the chuck until there is enough space between the jaws to insert the given
tool (drill, driver bit, bit holder, etc.).
•
Insert the tool and to fix it, turn the chuck back to the
left
(clockwise) until you feel a slight
resistance - then tighten it firmly.
