Tension the wire with the help of the ratchet lever. The wire excess is kept untensioned and can
be simply connected. If the mobile hook has reached the end of its travel and the wire requires
additional tensioning, read and obey the section “Repositioning the mobile hook.”
If the mobile hook has reached the end of its travel and the wire requires additional tensioning, the
mobile hook must be repositioned besides the locking hook. The locking hook of the clamping jaw keeps
the wire tensioned; that is why the mobile hook can be opened and repositioned.
Repositioning the mobile hook
1.
Make sure that the wire is clamped safely in the locking hook.
2.
Unclamp the wire from the mobile hook of the clamping jaw. Then slide the mobile hook back
towards the locking hook (Fig.
7).
