Attach the lid to the container so that it fits per-
fectly on the rim. Secure the lid to the container
using the latches. There are two marked spots
on the lid that help to ensure that this connection
is tight.
Connect the elastic hose to the inlet. The hose
connector must be inserted into the hole so that
its notches align with the bulges of the inlet, and
then turned in the direction of the arrow marked
“LOCK.” Make sure that the hose does not slip
out of the hole during operation.
To remove the hose later, turn the connector in
the direction of the arrow marked “LOOSE” and
pull it out of the inlet.
Connect the suction nozzle to the loose end of
the hose by inserting it into the hose connector.
The vacuum cleaner also offers the possibility to
connect a hose to the outlet so that it can also
be used as a blower. To use the device as a
blower, press the hose connector into the
socket.
