Collect used oil in a sufficiently large container. Do not drain into the ground or sewage system!
Dispose of the waste oil in the waste oil collection point!
Note:
The oil suction pump is designed for an operating time of approx. 15
min. Then allow the unit to
cool down.
Operating the oil suction pump
1.
Before changing the oil, let the engine warm up until the oil temperature has reached approx.
40–60
℃
.
2.
Switch off the engine.
3.
Connect the suction probe with suction hose to the suction port and the drain hose to the pump
discharge port. To prevent the hoses from loosening, they are fixed with the enclosed hose
clamps.
4.
Insert the suction probe into the dipstick tube and push it to the lowest point of the oil pan.
5.
Place the drain hose in a suitable container.
6.
Now connect the oil suction pump to the battery. Pay attention to the correct polarity (black
terminal on negative pole, red terminal on positive pole of the battery).
7.
Switch on the pump and vacuum.
8.
After completion of the suction process, switch off the pump again. Never let the pump run dry.
9.
Fill your vehicle with new engine oil. Then check the oil level with the oil dipstick.
Note:
After finishing the work, carefully clean the pump and accessories and store them in a dust-pro-
tected place.
