Basic Setting

 

If you open Network Notice, when WIFI signal appears, the right bottom will remind you available 
WLAN network, as Picture 4.1  
Keep WI-FI on during sleep..

Click 

 icon in right top of Picture 4.3, select advanced.

If  somebody  open  bluetooth  in  your  surroudings,  click  search  device  in  right  above,  then
