Measure whether there is signal input to
C164, C165.
Check whether the connection
between SCART1 socket pin 16
and X807 pin 9 is normal.
Switch the signal between SCART1 RGB
and VIDEO input, measure N301 pin
87 to check whether there is level
change.
The trouble is at
Resistor R877.
Check N101 surrounding
circuit, crystal oscillation
and power supply.
Check N501 surrounding circuit
and power supply.
