Turn Xpress On Automatically
Usually, you must press Power to turn your Xpress on . You can change this function so
that your Xpress automatically turns on when power is applied . For example, when you
turn your car on, your Xpress automatically turns on, too .
To set your Xpress to automatically turn on:

, and press the dial .
Select

to make your Xpress turn on automatically .
By default, this feature is set to
On
.

Do not select

if you connect your Xpress to a constant power supply, such as
a car power adapter or a battery .
Turn Xpress Off Automatically
You can set your Xpress to automatically turn off after a period of no activity (for example,
no buttons are pressed) . You can select a timer period from 15 minutes to 3 hours (minutes
in 15-minute intervals; hours in 1-hour intervals) .
Use this feature to prevent the draining of a power source, such as a car battery .
To set your Xpress to automatically turn off:
