Select the "Training" function on your watch. Then choose your desired sport. The
following modes are available: jogging, climbing, hiking, cycling, soccer,
basketball, table tennis and badminton.
The watch starts recording immediately. When you want to pause or stop the
recording, swipe the screen from right to left. Now you can either continue the
recording or stop the recording.
Heart rate and blood pressure measuring
The heart rate is recorded automatically if you have set it in the XWFit app *.

Otherwise, you will see your current heart rate on the watch when you have
selected this screen. To do this, hold your arm still and wait about 15 seconds.
The current heart rate is now displayed. Afterwards the screen deactivates.
The blood pressure is not measured automatically and cannot be recorded
permanently. If you want to measure the blood pressure, navigate to the blood
pressure screen and wait for min. 25 seconds. After the final blood pressure value
is displayed, the watch vibrates and the display is deactivated again.
You can also measure your blood pressure with the XWFit app *. Then the value
is saved in the app. (page 32)

Sleep
The watch is able to monitor your sleep quality. The watch also records your
sleeping habits. Sleep monitoring takes place automatically between 9:00 p.m.
and 8:00 a.m.
The exact sleep phases can be found in your XWFit app *. (see page 31)
