The VCU128 board incorporates the VU37P high bandwidth memory (HBM) FPGA, which
utilizes stacked silicon interconnect (SSI) technology to add HBM die next to the FPGA die on the
package substrate. The VCU128 board is populated with the Virtex

Encryption Key Battery Backup Circuit

The XCVU37P device U1 implements bitstream encryption key technology. The VCU128 board
provides the encryption key backup battery circuit shown in the following figure.
