PXE Booting

The X3522 does not support legacy BIOS PXE booting.

PXE over UEFI is supported. This requires a host that uses UEFI for booting and where its UEFI
implementation implements PXE. The host can then use the UEFI functions of the X3522 NIC to
run PXE over that NIC.

Precision Time Protocol

Customers requiring configuration instructions for these adapters and Xilinx PTP in a PTP
deployment should refer to the Enhanced PTP User Guide (
