Fault phenomenon: Transmit when the machine is turned on (accompanied by a long prompt
tone)
Maintenance methods:
Fault cause: CW pedestal is partially short-circuited
Check whether the pins of CW pedestal are short-circuited to the
ground and whether the two ESD protection diodes are broken
down.
