Warranty
Warranty service is carried out in accordance with the law on «Consumer Rights of the
People’s Republic of China» and «Law on the quality of China’s products.»
Warranty service includes:
1. Within 7 days from the date of purchase, in case of a problem from the «Fault List», the
service center determines the cause of the problem, after which you can choose a free
replacement of the goods, return or repair.
2. Within 8-15 days from the date of purchase, in the event of a problem from the
«Fault List», the service center determines the problem, after which you choose a free
replacement or repair.
3. Within 12 months from the date of purchase, in the event of a problem from the «Fault
List», the service center determines the problem, after which you are provided with free
repair.
4. In case of using the device in public places (shops, schools, etc.), the warranty for the
main device is provided for 3 months, and for basic components - for six months.
Recommendation: for the safe transport of the device, special packaging must be used. It
is recommended to keep the packaging of the goods within 30 days.
Note: no warranty is provided for consumables.
Conditions, that are not subject to warranty
1. Maintenance of the device in unauthorized service centers, improper use, fall,
negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, accident, damage to the label and labeling of the device;
2. The warranty has expired;
3. Damage caused by force majeure;
4. Breakdowns that do not correspond to the «List of faults» of the service center;
5. Breakdown of the device from the «List of malfunctions», which have arisen in
connection with the human factor and which prevent its normal operation;
6. The time of the purchase is not specified.
Required documents, identifying the time of the purchase (including a sales receipt,
invoice, purchase order screenshot, etc.). If the time of purchase can not be determined,
the date is 60 days after the release of the product (according to the quality certificate) is
considered to be the beginning of the warranty.
