Solution
Can’ t charge
Use the original charger.
Can’ t turn on
The battery level is too low; charge in time.
No power assist
1. Please adjust the mode to 1, 2 or 3. N mode has no
power assist.
2. The power assist is unavailable when the power level is
lower than 10%.
No display
The battery level is too low; charge in time. The display
will automatically go out in 30 seconds after parking.
Lights not on
The battery level is too low; charge in time.
Walk assist mode failure
The Walk assist button can only be used when the riding
speed is lower than 6km/h in the power-on state.
Brake lines interfere
with turning
Check whether the front fork is installed reversely, and
make sure that the brake caliper is on the left side and the
brake cable does not interfere with the frame and wheels.
Motor power failure
during riding
If the display is normal, be careful not to pinch the brake
handle during normal riding. The brake handle has the
function of powering off the motor.
Pedal can’t be installed
smoothly
There are left and right pedals. The left pedal is tightened
counterclockwise, and the right pedal is tightened
clockwise.
Abnormal pedal noise Try to lock the pedals with tools.
Flat tire
Tires are universal with 20in bicycle parts and can be
repaired nearby.
Chain falls off
Push the chain press to keep the chain slack. After the
chain is hung, loosen the chain press and tighten the
chain to repair it.
Distance per charge
becomes shorter
The low temperature below -5°C will greatly affect the
battery capacity. When the temperature rises, the capacity
will return to normal and will not affect the battery life.
Abnormal temperature
indicator is on
If the battery temperature is higher than 60°C or lower than
-20°C, the abnormal temperature indicator will light up,
the motor will stop working, and continued use will cause
damage to the battery. If the ambient temperature does
not match the alarm condition, please contact customer
service or go to a local service outlet to check.
System fault light is on
Contact the service hotline or go to a local service outlet to
check.
