Xerox 6204 Wide Format Solution

Notes

•

The factory default system password is "0" (zero). At this setting, the touch screen will
display the [System Administration] menu screen when anyone selects the <Log In/Out>
button.

•

To prevent unauthorized access to the System Administration features, a system
password should be entered as soon as possible after installation (refer to the section on
Change Password.).

•

After the system password is set up, a login screen will display when the <Log In/Out>
button is selected, restricting access to the authorized individual(s).

Create a system password following the procedure in Change Password.
