Grip the orange tabs on both sides of the staple cartridge. 

 

4.

 

While gripping the orange tabs of the staple cartridge, rotate it in the direction shown. 

 

5.

 

Lift the staple cartridge out of the stapler unit. 

 

6.

 

Remove the jammed staples by pulling them in the direction shown. 

 

 

WARNING: 

The points of the jammed staples are sharp. Remove the jammed staples carefully.
