Troubleshooting

Phaser 7800 Color Printer 127

User Guide

Move green lever 2b to the right.

Remove the jammed paper.

To release paper that is inaccessible, or if the control panel displays a message to do so, turn knob 2c
in the direction shown.

Carefully remove the paper.

Note:

If the paper is torn, remove all torn pieces from the finisher.

Return lever 2b to its original position.

Close the finisher front door.
