Clearing Paper Jams at the Finisher

To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the
print media path.
1.
Ensure that the printer is not in operation, and open the front door of the finisher.
2.
Rotate the knob clockwise and remove the jammed paper from the paper exit.

If the paper jam message remains, repeat this step.
3.
